Project description
Hotel Taormina is evolving, with a modern design and a deeply sustainable core:
High-temperature air-to-water heat pump (up to 65°C).
Heat recovery heat pump to produce Domestic Hot Water (DHW) at zero cost while the building is being cooled.
Rockwool insulation (internal and external) to ensure fire protection, noise reduction, and faster start up.
Structural challenge to reinforce the basement, enabling a safe and durable vertical extension.
Simplified maintenance thanks to modular indoor fan units; the standardization of fans ensures faster interventions and optimized management costs.
