Project description
The essential concept behind this project is the valorisation of the preexisting building and the relationship with its surrounding hilly landscape. The structure is therefore partially developed under ground, perfectly integrated with the hillside line, with some portions emerging overground to allow the natural light to permeate the internal spaces.
The project is “gas free”, thanks to a 4-pipes system CO2 heat pump (GWP=1) that can operate wine cooling and at the same time can recover heat from condensation to be used for space heating.
